I dont really know about what you need to get into the business school if it has a direct admit program or what the deal is on that. I will be very grateful for all the information that i can get. Also which score do you think i should send in?

Send both scores- Miami superscores. I am not sure about the business school, but I have heard it is competitive. My daughter is also applying this year!

Def. send both scores --they’ll take the highest of each (“superscore”).

The Farmer School of Business is pretty competitive and I’m not sure what the average scores are, but I’m gonna assume that they’re pretty high. Even if you don’t get into the FSB right away as a freshman applicant, you can always declare a major (or remain undeclared but take the require business/math/econ classes) and apply into the School after you’re a student here. You’ll be a part of the College of Arts and Sciences until you’re accepted into the business school.

I’m a student at MU, if that makes any difference.

From the Miami Web Site. This process is new for 2012-2013 admissions:

Miami University’s Farmer School of Business is annually recognized as one of the nation’s best undergraduate business schools. Each year, the number of first-year applications for the Farmer School of Business (FSB) exceeds the number of spaces available. Admission to FSB is holistic and comprehensive considering many variables during the review process to establish the context of a student’s achievements and demonstrated potential to be successful in its rigorous curriculum.

The middle 50% of students gaining direct entry into the FSB will typically have an academic profile as outlined below. Please note that an estimated 25% of students offered direct admission will have an academic profile that exceeds these ranges and an estimated 25% percent will have an academic profile that falls below these ranges.

First year students admitted into the University Honors program will be directly admitted into the Farmer School of Business.
