Michigan Review pt. 1

<p>Hi everyone,</p>

<p>I was a recent admit to The University of Michigan (winter term). As an OoS student, I wanted to share my experience of my recent visit to UM in order to help other OoS applicants/students undergoing similar decisions. First off, Ann Arbor is fantastic! The town is charming and very dynamic. There are lots to do and plenty of great restaurants/shops around campus -very diverse in terms of ethnic cuisine. My fianc</p>

<p>The cold sucks, but its manageable and makes you study more. I enjoyed reading about your experiences at Michigan as well. I felt the same way when I came here. I think Central campus, with the exception of the Law building and Ross, is ugly in comparison to north campus. The architecture on North campus is stunning.</p>

<p>Entertainer, I didn’t pay a visit to North Campus but I did drove by and I did not see anything like you described. I’ll stop by in a few weeks when orientation starts. By the way, are there any good seafood restaurants in Ann Arbor?</p>

<p>I liked Grizzly Peak, Zingerman’s Deli, and Jerusalem Garden when we visited. Not quite “seafood” oriented but very good…</p>
