Mid-term grades

Hi, one of the schools I am applying to is Northeastern. They do not require high school grades and SATs if you have completed a full semester and submit a mid-term grade report for your current semester. I'm a freshman so I'm in my second semester so I would submit my mid-term report. How much weight is put on the mid-term report? My first semester grades weren't bad but I certainly know I can do better this semester so I'm hoping they put a lot of weight on the mid-term grades.(my high school grades were poor so I'm not submitting those). Thanks =]

considering this is basically the same thread as the one i set up, i'll redirect you there.

i have no clue as to how much weight is put on the mid-term report but it can't hurt to email or call them.
on the form, it says that you can submit before taking your mid-terms (or if your college doesn't do that, than the approximate time of when they would be administered)
the mid-term grade report is required so they shouldn't start reviewing until they have that document.
best of luck!
