Late Midyear Report

Hi all, here's my situation:

I sent out my application in mid-October (crazy, I know :P) before first quarter grades had closed, so my secondary school report went out without first quarter grades on them.

I go to a massive school, and the semester just closed at the beginning of February, so my midyear report just went out December 18th.

Should I send Harvard an email or give them a call to check if they have my updated transcript on file? Should I have my guidance counselor fax it over just in case? Let me know what you guys think. I don't want my application to be considered without any senior year grades on it, and this is rather concerning me. >.<

Thanks!

Give 'em a call - they're very easy to work with.

I think you have a typo-o. Midyear reports sent on Dec 18?

Anyhow, I would just automatically fax it. Guidance departments do that easily and that may be quicker than trying to reach Harvard and then possibly still have to make arrangements.

I've thought long and hard about this, and I think I've come up with the perfect solution: call and fax.

Aha, my bad. You're right--February 18th.

I guess I'll tell my counselor to fax it then.

Thanks all for the advice!

I tried to fax it today, but Harvard's fax number didn't seem to work.

heaven - I don't think that YOU should be doing the faxing. I am sure that the fax needs to come from your Guidance department and their machine. That is going to help certify that the document is from them and not a photoshop creation.
