<p>So I kind of screwed myself over with midterms, "forgot" to study, so I managed a couple C+/B-'s. Are colleges going to see these on my mid-year, my overall semester grades are A's.</p>
<p>The format of a high school transcript is different from school district to district. Most would just show the final grade for the class. Ask your GC/Registrar for a copy of your transcript so you can see what it looks like.</p>
