Midyear Report Dilemma

I've already been accepted to 2 schools and I will hear back from my ED2 top choice before my midyear report will be available to send out. I did well first semester, even better than I did during junior year and had a challenging course load with 4 APs. On my midterm exams I did well (4 A's and one B+). But then there was AP Calc AB. Which I failed. As in got an F. Now I'm really worried that the colleges I already got into will revoke their acceptances, especially if I get into my number 1. What should I do?

Also, I didn’t fail for lack of effort. I put in countless hours of work into preparing for this test, but I’m a very poor math student

You don’t have a “dilemma” (a situation that requires a choice), just an unfortunate situation that you can do nothing about. How schools may react to a failed course on a midyear report is not something anyone here can guess at. I wish you best of luck on this, but have to ask why in heavens name you even attempted AP Calc as a “very poor math student”?
