Bad grade on MidYear report?

Hi there everybody.
I'm stressing out right now because I just finished my first semester of senior year and I found out that I did really poorly in my AP Calc AB class - I received a D+.
I got As in my other classes this past semester, and I am taking the most rigorous course load possible (5 AP classes + a couple other courses). I also have good ECs, and a couple of those (indirectly) led to my poor grade in Calc.
However, math has never been my strong point, and this past semester in Calc, I fell behind and never really caught up. I tried talking to my teacher to do some damage control, but he said he wouldn't raise my grade, which I understand.
How should I handle this situation with college admissions offices? Can I do anything at all? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

(I also haven't sent my MidYear reports yet...if that clears anything up.)

Nothing but face it. I know it’s devastating. Exactly the same thing happened to my daughter this month. We have been told by the college counselor and at college sessions that she MUST report it to the colleges even if they have not requested a mid-year report.
The counselor recommended that she send an email so that she has a record of it. She should tell them what other classes (AP and not) she is taking and in my daughter’s case that she is remaining in the class and working with a tutor to raise her grade. This has already helped. Hopefully the colleges will see that the grade was not typical for her /or your record, and not a trend. Good Luck!

Thanks for your reply, dance4ever…

is there any other feedback out there I can get?
