<p>From my own experience, I suggest you make a schedule when forms are due, or to place all your midyear reports in a manila folder and write "DUE BY <insert date="" when="" your="" semester="" is="" over="">"</insert></p>
<p>Yeah, I made a chart on Excel with all the materials/due dates listed with check boxes.</p>
