midyear reports?

So I've sent my transcript and I made a slip in my senior year GPA... I got my first C in drivers ed, the rest is okay >_<.
I've been accepted as a finalist for a scholarship but I'm really nervous if this would negatively affect my scholarship chances. ):
Will they overlook if the class wasn't academic? Or if I'm a terrible driver?

And also, USC has a self-reported form about senior year grades right? Can someone tell me where it is on USConnect? I can't find it... ^^;;
If I go to "http://www.usc.edu/midyeargrades " , it redirects me to the regular USConnect log-in page >:

I really want to go to school and thank you for reading and helping me out!

You go to usconnect.usc.edu and click the admissions tab. Then you should see some graphics, one of them saying “Mid-Year Report”. Click that - enter your grades, and be sure to follow it up with a copy of your report card for your first semester.

Accepted students do not need to submit mid-year grades…
