Minnesota State Universities - HELP!

I'm thinking about applying to Winona State University. Now I know that it's definitely not one of the best universities in the country, but does anyone know if it's a good school? What about Saint Cloud State University, Minnesota State University-Moorhead & Mankato, does anyone know anything about these schools?

The reason I'm considering applying to these universities is because I am an international student and they give scholarships to EVERY international student that qualifies for admission. That way I will be paying in-state tuition. I might also transfer to a bigger university after a year or two, I don't know. Going to one of these universities will be less expensive than going to Community College so...

Well, you’re not putting good choices out there. If it were me and I’m forced to choose, I’d likely go with St. Cloud. The town is good sized and had a good sized student body where plenty is going on. But there is a large drinking culture there. Else you may want to investigate the major you are interested in at each school.

U Wisconsin superior does the same Btw. (Small, rural, tight knit, friendly)
To see quality of student body look at the scores reQuired for honors college, if you’ d qulaify check out whatever advantages to each program since each U decides.

Morris has no out-of-state additional tuition.

Morris is part of the U of M system, not MN State. A much better system but may not be eligible for OPs scholarship. Morris is very rural and very North - cold, but a good school, LSA type.
