<p>Im interested in econ and im majoring in mechanical engineering. Do you think its a good idea to minor in econ? It requires 21 credits to minor but my plan is already full with mech courses. It says only 27 credits must be earned in mech to graduate but my plan has 38. So do i have to take all those classes? Also adding 7 econ classes would basically bump me up to 20 credits every semester from here on out, would you recommend it?</p>

<p>Just don’t think it is going to give you any advantage in getting a job.</p>
