<p>Just curious cause I normally wouldn't ask this question among friends cause it'd be weird and this is the net so I also lack a sense of respect for myself. Anyone else finding minority women more attractive in college than in high school? Girls can answer too. I grew up with white women all my life but the culture's really getting to me. I'm not racist, but the whole "diversity" thing really is effecting.</p>

<p>joke1987, i have one piece of advice for you: if you are interested in some minority girls, let them know how you feel, because we find it kind of hard to figure out whether or not you're interested in us.</p>
<p>As a white guy, I've always found white girls and latin girls to be more attractive but now indians, asians, blacks are all catching my eye as well (there was like 1 minority who went to my high school so I didn't really encounter much diversity), probably how you felt about black guys and now feel about guys of different colors. But it's pretty hard to do (what you said). As much as people don't like to admit it, most people think they are limited to their race because I know that for myself, I think black girls only like black guys and I'm sure black girls think white guys only go for white girls and the same goes for asians, indians, etc... Gemstar66, if you want to know if white guys are interested here's what you do...if he talks to you and becomes your friend then it's yes. There is a general rule of thumb for us guys when it comes to girls, if we want to make friends with them then we find them attractive physically. If not, then we fall for them for some other reason. Of my friends who are girls, I found about 50% of them attractive initially. Right now, after getting to know them, I'd say I'd probably go out on a date with 90% of them. As for the 40% who I didn't find attractive initially, it was because of a suddle beauty or just how she carried herself.</p>

<p>I have always been attracted to guys who fit my "expectations" no matter race or ethnicity. I have had some instances with white guys/Asian guys, but it always seemed to just stop at flirting...</p>
<p>Even if I were to go into an interracial relationship I would still imagine it to be a little difficult. I remember going to the library once with this white guy (he was nice guy). We decided to walk and to get to the library we had to walk along a busy street....man if looks could kill...I got so many hostile looks/remarks... I was surprised...I thought it was supposed to be 2005 (incident occurred), not 1955.</p>

<p>I'm half black and chinese and I don't think anyone is attractive to me. It's mostly black guys at school and clubs. Yet I've always been a sucker for white and portugese guys for some reason.</p>
<p>I find myself "branching off" into different groups kinds of guys myself. Ive always been a "equal opportunity dater", but college has further broadened my horizons. I think it helped alot that I grew up with such a diverse group of people. Mostly Latinos (my best friend is El Salvadorian) but guys of ALL races are just all around more attrative. But I do find that guys of my own race (black) dont have alot of interest in me. Its a little weird.</p>

<p>It's so wierd to for me because every year I get this phase with guys. For ex. one year I had a thing for white guys, next year I had a thing for asian guys. Now this year I have a thing for black guys! I also like white guys but from past experiences I'm afraid to approach them because the white guys I've hit on tend not to like black girls.</p>

<p>I find that I like Native American and Asian men, along with white, but for women I prefer white, NA, Asian, or Latina. </p>
<p>Honestly, my thing is actually more about the way they look...I love long hair, on men or women. Guys with ponytails make me drool, and women with waist length hair (healthy waist length hair) stop me in my tracks. Women who are well-toned also make me stare.</p>
