Missing Secondary School Report

<p>I just got an email saying that my application is incomplete. Looking at the Harvard Portal I see - "Secondary School / Dean's Report - Not received"</p>

<p>The email says ""missing Secondary School Report" often means we don't have a transcript "
The Common Application site says "School Report" was downloaded on 10/31/2013.</p>

<p>email says 2 things:
- Please fax copies of the originals to the attention of Ian Anderson by Monday, November 18, 2013 at (617) 496-3229 or (617) 495-8821.
- Your teacher or guidance counselor must resubmit the form by faxing a duplicate copy to the above numbers.</p>

<p>My question is this:
I have a copy of my transcript - can i fax it or does it have to come from the GC ?</p>
