<p>So I did this volunteer work for the UN this summer through telecommuting basis because I was informed that real internships were only available for Master's degree students. But on my resume under summer activities, I wrote that I did an internship without realizing that it can mislead and exaggerate my volunteer work.....so I wrote a letter and I'm planning to send it to the colleges I'm applying to....</p>
<p>Do you think this is a good idea?? My letter came out to be about half a page and I'm worried that the admissions people will get annoyed because something minor is taking their time.....</p>
<p>Please I need many people's advice on this!</p>
