I made a mistake on the common app activities.
Whom should I mail regarding the issue?

The admissions office at each school.

What kind of mistake? Can you share? It might be so minute as to not merit the effort.

If it’s a couple grammar, spelling, or punctuation errors in the essay, don’t worry about it. I had errors (quotation marks and minor grammar error) in my common app essay and was still accepted. If it is a minor information error like preferred major/minor, don’t worry about it. However, if there is incorrect extracurricular activities info, then I would email the admissions office. If something looks off, the admissions officers often call the school to check if you really have been a leader or participated in a certain club. It would look extremely bad if that information was found to be wrong.

Actually, was debating whether to enter Equistrianism or golf as the last activity.
(I had entered Equistrianism earlier.)

Then finally settled on Golf.
I made the changes in the timing of participation, hours, weeks, and also the details and honkrs won!!
But forgot to change the name and position! :/

So… I guess I should just mail them!
