MIT Transfer from CC

Anyone ever transfer to MIT from a CC? Any ideas what my chances might be? I'm applying as a CS major. (Also applying to CMU, Amherst, Rice, Tufts, and Occidental.)

I have a 4.0 GPA at my CC, have taken the Calc series, Linear Algebra, Mechanics, a bunch of computer science courses, and am currently in Diff EQ, the second Physics (electricty/magnetism) and the first Chem.

My SAT's are 740 math, 690 CR, 660 CW which I'm not particularly happy about.
Still waiting on the Subject Tests (math and physics), felt I did okay but not great, probably a slightly better score distribution as the SAT's.

My recs will be relatively strong. One prof writes phenomenal recs, one writes pretty good ones, and the third one I have no idea, but have no reason to believe he would write a poor rec.

My EC's are okay; I did math tutoring, built a large database-driven web app for my CC, and have a TA-ship. No, I don't have some super duper national this or that.

My biggest weak spot is high school history -- I essentially have none, because of a family situation that prevented me from ever going. Just studied independently, and got a GED. I constantly wonder whether this will be a deal breaker for the places I'm looking at. Common sense dictates that it shouldn't be, but bureaucracy dictates that it should...
