Hmm. When I tried to pick destinations to send to, summer programs (including MITES) don’t show up as options. Ummmm…should I just ask my counselor to send in something? And if so, what? XD

Call college board and you have to tell them the exact address to MITES

My counselor submitted the counselor part of the application electronically, however the status online still says it’s incomplete…should I be worried?

It’ll take a while for them to confirm

It’s been a couple of weeks since my counselor sent in her stuff. My status is still “INCOMPLETE” should I be worried?

I’ve already tried calling, and although the people were very nice, I didn’t get any answers. UGH

I think the counselor’s things just has to be postmarked by the 18th, so no worries!

But if they can’t find it… then it doesn’t really matter when I sent it in lol. I’m gonna call tomorrow to ask if I should send another one in…

^ That’s true ![]()
good idea! Try emailing them as well?

oh and also, is there anybody here from vancouver, canada?

so i applied on time and everything, and overall it was good. my essays were well written(i think, but maybe i’m just super biased hehe), my rec letters are ballin’ haha cause my teachers love me, and my scores were good (740/780/730 SAT and 79/76/79 PSAT). i’m a cross country captain and i’m on both varsity cross country and varsity track. i chair a lot of events for key club. i taught a science class last year to 3rd-6th graders. i took AP bio and AP ush last year (5,4, respectively) and this year i’m in AP chem, AP lang, AP calc BC, and AP euro. my school doesn’t rank, but i’m sure i’m at least in the top 7ish%. not to sound super haughty, but is this like, too good with the high scoores and AP’s? cause i go to a good school and live in an affluent city. the only things i have going for me are that i’m a quarter jamaican, and my parents are divorced (my mom is basically supporting me, two siblings, herself, her parents on just a teacher’s salary). any thoughts on my chances? i’m not expecting to get in but it was worth a shot.

I sent my application to MITES about 2 weeks ago, and I sent them my standardized scores, but the status update just keeps saying: incomplete. has anyone else had that problem?

Autumn123 every seems to have this problem. I just mailed mine the other day so I don’t know for sure. In January I mailed my SAT scores and it says received for that, but I don’t know how long it took to update.
