Okay so my classes start Monday (so excited). I'm attending a MN school and I am a WI resident (and will continue to be while I'm in school). I received an e-mail today from HEAB stating I was approved for Wisconsin Reciprocity for the MN school and they're sending the notification on Thursday next week to the MN school I am attending. I was already billed non-resident tuition but my financial aid has yet to pay on it (my financial aid was approved but hasn't managed to pay anything for what is owed on my student account...ugh). So here's my questions:

1.) If I'm approved for WI reciprocity and I was charged full amounts of non-resident fees for a MN school does the difference of what I was charged vs. what I should've been charged get credited back to me for the Fall semester?

2.) The college I go to lists a few charges per credit but I don't see a MN/WI Reciprocity charge so I have no idea of the difference vs. what I was charged vs. what I should be charged now that HEAB has approved me for WI/MN reciprocity.

If anyone could answer this...you'd be my best friend forever....tomorrow is my b-day and I'm totally stressed about getting what I should back from financial aid and not being over-charged.

EXAMPLES OF THE "COURSE" CREDIT CHARGES ARE:

Tuition and Fees (approximate):
Tuition -resident: $398.43
Tuition -nonresident: $816.90
Approximate Course Fees: $153.39

what the heck does this even MEAN?
