More questions about Villanova

1) Will not taking chem or physics in high school hurt my chances of getting in? I have taken 4 sciences (3 labs), 6 APs, have a 3.7 gpa unweighted, but never took chem or physics because science is my weak spot. I plan on going for political science and have all 95+ in histories and 4 AP history classes, so will the science thing be big or not?

2) When I visited Villanova I felt really connected to the campus and knew its where I belong. I have read about people emailing admissions about things like this or attaching a note to their app. I know it might not be considered huge but do you think it would do anything, or could it hurt my chances?

I actually think that's it right now, thank you for all answers in advance!

1) i don’t think you have hurt your chances by not taking chem or physics. since you are a polisci major, your history/english classes are definitely more important. plus, you have a seemingly heavy courseload with your ap classes. i got into villanova early action for chem. engineering with 5 APs, only two of which are math or science related!

2) after going to candidates weekend, i totally understand how you feel about your connection with the campus =) i don’t know if you need to email the admissions office about this, but i do not think it would hurt you. the admissions officers want to answer your questions and clarify things.

best of luck to you!
