more SAT IIs than the college requiers?

Hey. I'm sort of new here, I've been reading for a while but this is my first post. Anyway. I'm applying to Columbia Engineering and they ask for two SAT IIs, which I'm taking in November. I really think I could manage to take another two in December but since they only ask for two and they only have space for two scores on the application I was wondering if they'll even look at them if I send it to them?

Thnks.

I think it is better to take more sat iis than what they want if you are sure that you can get good grades without much studying. I am taking 5 (I already took 3: math ic, iic and physics) and thinking whether it is a good idea to take the sixth, because I don't really study for sciences and maths (biology, chemistry, physics, math ic, math iic), and I want to show that I can also do social sciences (world history). However, my counselor told me that taking 5 is enough and there is no need to study for an extra subject.

If you think you can do good without killing yourself with prep take them. I too am thinking of going into engineering. I took Physics and Math 2. I also took US History because I knew I could do very well on the test. It shows a bit of diversity. Results 800 on the first two and 770 on the history. It's funny because percentile wise I did much bettter on history.

Well, I'm doing Math IIC and Chem in November, and I signed up for Biology, Physics and French in December... and I'm obviously taking them because I payed already, and I won't really have to kill myself to prep for them, but I was just wondering if it's really going to make a difference or not?
