Yeah, I got mine today in the mail. It so early, so I didn't even expect it to be an admissions letter. Definitely put a simile on my face.

My MOSAIC weekend coincided with St. Patrick's Day so I did learn a fair amount about Vandy's parties. Other than that, no. Admitted students day will be much more useful while MOSAIC will give you a false impression of that school. You will see a ton of minorities but trust me, Vandy isn't diverse.

Are internationals invited as well? If so, are they informed by e-mail, considering international mailing is not that fast?

Not too sure about internationals but I'm pretty sure I didn't see any that weekend.

Departed, I have a question for you. It seems as though you did not enjoy your visits to Vandy, so why did you decide to attend. That just doesn't make any sense and as a student at vu, I too attended MOSAIC when I was in high school and understood that the weekend was for minority students. It's not like they hid all of the white students on campus and just exposed them when we arrived in August. VU may not be the most diverse place in the world, but at least their tryin'

Anyone willing to share their SAT/ACT scores, GPA & class rank? Thanks!

Everyone chooses college for a different reason. If you want to go to college to get trashed then be my guest but I don't understand why you would want to waste 50K at the same time. I came here to learn and I liked the opportunities available for my academic interests. I am not going to go into the nitty-gritty but understand my reasons are valid.

On the contrary, I did enjoy my visit. My host was great but the actual program itself was a waste of time. I skipped on a lot of the planned events because they were useless.

I had:
2310 SAT: 760CR, 800M, 750W
35 ACT: 34E, 35R, 35M, 36S, 9W
3.952 UW, no rank but estimated 10%
