most annoying types of students at schools..

People who walk really slow.

People who have no life outside of studying.

People who freak out over an A-

People who think grades and test scores are everything in college admissions.

I actually like this thread. It's therapeutic being able to vent like this.

That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. By listing out one's hatred, one starts thinking more about it and one becomes MORE angry, not less. Read a decent book on human psychology and get the facts straight before using 'big' words to seem smart about the negativeness of listing hatred.

Is there anyone here who believes in Jesus? (No, I'm not a Jehova's witness. I'm just a mild christian)

"Kids who say they failed, when they ended up getting a 95 or something.

I HATE THOSE. There are so many but that really ****es me off.

"people who thing grades and tests scores are everything in college admissions."

Yeah, that's annoying. People are just so ignorant and act like they know what's best for you.

^ dont worry, the people who think that only grades matter will be bombarded by plenty of rejection letters if they apply to top schools.

stupid people who think they're smart and study/do hw for 10 hours a day, constantly ask questions and annoy everyone else in the class, and constantly fret about tests and stuff by studying every day for two weeks every time we have a test, and ask stupid questions, and make extra copies of the hw to do many times. they even care about subjects such as health and are constantly after school asking for extra work or explanations. these types of studeents usually don't do anything after schol but study and are teachers'-pets type people (cuz teachers love studnets who work hard)

stupid people in general, especially those who think that since they're rich/snobby/popular, etc, it can make up for a lack of brain cells

slightly smart people who think they know everything and have to let everyone know that they do. said people constantly correct the teacher/offer stupid suggestions or more complicated ways of doing things to confuse the stupid people in the class.

"Kids who say they failed, when they ended up getting a 95 or something."
^ Yeah, the most annoying kid at my school was very loudly sobbing over her 99%, which dropped her grade to a 102% and leaves her at a measly class rank ... 1. (Don't you hate the people who whore for admiration/compliments?)

"3. slightly smart people who think they know everything and have to let everyone know that they do."
^ There is this annoying girl in my math and history classes who thinks she is the future valedictorian or something, always bragging about test scores (like her 1960 SAT, which is more than 100 points lower than the actual val). Once we did a warm-up problem in math. This shy girl explained how she got the answer. The teacher asked if anyone had anything else to add, and the annoying girl promptly copied that girl's exact explanation and confused the teacher when trying to present it as her own.

hahaha that is Camron...hes a music artist....how do you guys not know who that is...have you heard people screaming everywhere "BALLLLLIIIIINNN" that was him lol

Thank you someone else who knows who KILLA CAM is.

"1.People who walk really really slowly in the hallways. (about 95% of my school) I want to prod them with electric zappers."

"1. People who walk really slow."

I hate you guys; slow down.

the gross ones

I hate kids who think they are smarter then they really are and lie about grades and such to fake it.

I also dislike people that can't take hints and will continue to talk until the cows come home.

I also hate kids in AP that clearly don't deserve to be (ref. to my first point).

There's nothing wrong with being personable, but they are so arrogant and rude about it. I hate sitting in class, trying to learn, and having this guy next to me interrupt the class every 2 minutes with a witty joke. The class goes off-topic and the teacher is charmed. But, when another student does it, but isn't half as exaggerated and loud about it, the teacher notices and argues with the student. That's not fair. I hate seeing the disparity there.

To top it off, the very kids I'm talking about (at my school) are the ones that work really hard (but are also quick learners), but constantly say they never do homework or study, even though they do. How do I know? I see them studying/doing homework, stressing out, on AIM until 3 AM with the away message "hwmk!!"

I just can't stand the fact that being a hard worker is almost something to be ashamed of at my school >_>

Right. This is no worse than the 1 million chance threads where kids are told they aren't good enough. Please. It's not good to hold up your feelings about things, and that's what (I'm assuming) many people have done. I have at least kept my feelings about certain people to myself. It does make me feel better to know that I'm not the only one who is annoyed by this.

There's nothing wrong with venting, even if does create a lot of "negative energy." ---> It's necessary for some people sometimes.

Kids who are cocky

Kids who are alot shorter than you and weaker and try to act big to you

Kids who are two-faced or more

Kids who walk in the hallway and do a sudden stop to talk with their friends.

Kids who block the hallways

Kids who ask you to buy them food since they don't have open lunch(underclassmen)

Kids who ask you for a ride(if you drive)

Kids who don't listen to your advice and directions when your a leader(ex. band)

Kids who are just ignorant and think so highly of themselves.

ppl who put pounds of makeup on every single day and constantly powdering themselves during class...wait till they'r 45 haha

kids who walk slowly between classes just to gossip when i'm tryin to run to class b/c i absolutely have no time. all my classes are far apart

kids who goes, "my group is so stupid. like there's no one smart...it's only me...ugh idk like..." and they can't even pronounce "perspiration"

ppl who think too highly of themselves just b/c their sister/brother goes to harvard or somethin

ppl who turn into a completely obnoxious person from one yr to another. i have a friend who was one of my best friends. and now we're complete strangers b/c...wait i still don't know the reason. someone told me she started hangin out w/some senior and therefore she started to dress differently and act differently. ugh

guys who think that they'r "hot"...not

girls that think it's 'cool' to be late to class b/c they'r busy makin out w/their bf outside the classroom

ppl who give u the "look" when they realize that u take multiple APs and wonder why they have never seen u in their classes

ppl who want to get into harvard and r takin basic math

"like her 1960 SAT, which is more than 100 points lower than the actual val"
lol, wow. i have a 235 PSAT and i'm far from valedictorian =)

"I just can't stand the fact that being a hard worker is almost something to be ashamed of at my school >_>"

wow, it's DEFINITELY something at my school

ROFL, I can't even add anything because I'm the guy all of you hate. So far I've seen:

Charms the teacher and takes the class off topic. I'm a master of this. In fact, me and my friend who is like a wingman with me an do this with almost any teacher, even the strictest. We usually don't do this if the general consensus is that we should have class, but usually our class kind of knows when everyone doesn't wanna work and when we step in. We're a very democratic society, maybe you guys should work on that :p.

I stop in the halls all the time, i don't really see what's wrong with that though, why should someone keep moving because YOU are behind them? You could just erm...walk around?

Maintain an A average with ridiculously little effort. I used to think my school was stupid, but seeing everyone elses work is basically the same I realize American schools are just easy. My advice to all the underclassmen below me is something like:

"Either do really nice on your tests and talk alot to the teacher".

"If you suck at tests, then do your homework, and talk alot to the teacher."

Homeworks not really necessary though if you and the teacher are cool, they usually will just kind of ignore it.

Unfair? Yes. Do I care? No.

Solution: Learn to work the system lads and lassies.

Night night.

People who talk about other people behind their backs (i.e., 95% of people)

I hate kids who always have to walk fast, get to class early, and get mad when me and just about anybody that's somebody likes to walk slow, chill, occasionally stop in the hallway, and walk into class a few seconds before the tardy bell.

I hate kids like to learn at high school and are constantly like "Shutup I'm trying to listen," or "Stop interrupting the class." Seriously, what's so interesting about high school chemistry? I must have missed a memo.

I hate the anti-cheaters. I cheat all day e'r day to get that "A." Seriously, homework is so stupid, I'm forced to be at this school, so I'm going to make the best of it.

I hate snitches. Mind your own business por favor.

Oops, this was a typo on my part. I don't know why I wrote 100 points -- I meant to compare the 1960 SAT to our likely valedictorian's 2390.
