most annoying types of students at schools..

girls who make perfect grades and act snobby. I don't know if they are snobby because they are arrogant or what, but I hate those girls with a passion and I can't believe I found some in college.

I forgot to add that I despise cheaters. They undermine the meritocracy.

1.) kids who lie about there grades to make you jealous
2.) kids who backstab you every chance you get
3.) kids who think they're soo cool they can say "awwww.your sooo cute...awwww....can i braid you hair.....ehmagwad! hahahahahah that is soooooooooo funniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii" they are b...
4.) kids that brag that "they got a higher grade then said person"
5.) kids that think they are sooooo rich there parents will get them into harvard even though they're getting C's in honors classes
6.) kids who brag about being "smart" when they're not...
etc. etc....
huff hufff....that was fun :)

I detest the ultra-competitive, ultra-grade-obsessed kids; the ones who get their test back, insist upon figuring out your grade so they can see if they did better than you, and then pull out their calculators and figure out their new average. Seriously. It's not that big of a deal. Get over yourself.

And yeah, I have an issue with the people who stop in the middle of the hall. Want to stop? That's fine. Stand out of the way, please. It's not that big of a deal.

Those who get the perfect 2400 :)

^^^ oh yea definitely, i kinda feel like they'r superior to me.

also, when i ask them what they did to score so high and if they practiced or took classes, the answer -- "well...i didn't do any of that. but i guess practicing will help?" GRRRRRR. so you'r tellin me ur just a natural genius?

i don't like validictorians that just don't talk at all. it's like u don't even know that they exist anyway. but some of 'em are really nice. just way too quiet and "good"

There's nothing wrong with being personable, but they are so arrogant and rude about it. I hate sitting in class, trying to learn, and having this guy next to me interrupt the class every 2 minutes with a witty joke. The class goes off-topic and the teacher is charmed. But, when another student does it, but isn't half as exaggerated and loud about it, the teacher notices and argues with the student. That's not fair. I hate seeing the disparity there.

You would HATE me.

Lol, it's always the social halfwits that hate us that steer the class off topic, charm teacher, etc.

o man i hate people who just stop suddenly when walking in hallways. dont they realize that theres people walking behind them?!?! causing too much traffic >:O

I am annoyed by extremely disgusting people.
I kid you not, the girl who sits next to me in 2nd hour spits her gum into her
hands, rolls it in all different types of shapes on her desk (like silly putty) and then procedes to pop the gum right back into her mouth and chomps away like a cow! This is an everyday thing!! Sometimes her gum will fall to the floor and she doesn't even think twice before picking it up to eat again! Ew!

^lol. i also hate the kids that block the hallway. i mean its fine if im in a good mood, but it really ticks me off even more if im in a bad mood or in a hurry. i also dislike couples that make out in the middle of the hallway.

I understand when you vent about really inconsiderate or annoying people,
But really, some of this is just JEALOUSY. Period. This 'I hate the 2400 w/o trying ppl' and 'I hate ppl who are sad when they get A-'.... those people probably didn't even rub it in your face, you just can't stand that they can achieve that sort of thing with less effort than you! I mean if they're a normal person and proud of their achievements it's somehow not okay just because they have such awesome ones.

"Yeah, Harvard and Princeton are recruiting me and I'm taking online classes at Stanford because I got a perfect score on my PSAT. But I pretty much guessed on most of the answers when I took the test; I must be really lucky."

real quote, or at least what it was from memory.

How are we the social halfwits if we are the ones BEING social and you are being anal about us being active socialites? If anything YOU would be the social halfwit, not knowing how to have basic human skills and actually enjoy your life. I've learned almost all of my stuff from debating/arguing with my teachers and learning from their mindsets, not out of some stupid text book.

And why does people stopping in the halls aggravate you? Why in the world would I NOT stop and talk to my friends? If anything it sounds like many people are just angry about not having alot of friends to talk to.

also, why are you angry when people complain about A-s? I dont really study and I get As but I don't rub it in people's faces, so why do people care?

Obnoxious kids who aren't really intelligent and thus compensate for it by being really loud.

MORE:

Rich kids who attribute their scores to "guessing" or "no prep". Yet their parents dish out money for them on a whim.

People who ONLY talk about schoolwork... even outside of school. Get a life.

Related to #2, but people who think excelling at school makes it justified to not do anything else. Versatility doesn't come from studying all day.

Guys who try to act out when girls are around. These are usually the people that you either end up fighting and/or breaking ties with.

Two-faced people. Oh, and people who assume that if you've done marijuana, you're dumb.

I think... hmm... this topic doesn't give you any goods but a chance to blame people on their actions.
I don't like cocky kids, and slow-walkers...
But I don't know whether people think I am cocky or not. T_T
When you think somebody is cocky, there might be some others thinking that you are cocky, do you think so?
And sometimes, I must say that, I don't like those annoying stupid kids, but they didn't choose to be... stupid. And somebody might think that I am stupid too, who knows?
so.... :D
I know that school and life have terribly annoying people but, there are no goods of blaming them. :D

I am entertained by everything (almost), and somebody here has replied that I'm a type of annoying kids. =))
I don't usually talk about grade and stuff, but, when people ask me :"Are you ready for the test?" , I cannot answer "yes" cause I am not that confident. So, I gotta say "So so" because if my test comes out with low grade, that will be awkward and people will think i'm arrogant.
I didn't try to say that I am not really ready and get an A.
So sorry for those who get annoyed by people like me. T_T

"i don't like validictorians that just don't talk at all. it's like u don't even know that they exist anyway. but some of 'em are really nice. just way too quiet and "good""

lol i know a valedictorian in past years who didn't talk at all. but he definitely was not nice but way too quiet/good. HE WAS PURE EVIL

Reading the first few pages of this thread, I can tell you that those types of kids will get owned their freshman year (or until they grow up). My roommate is taking the easiest classes possible and still got terrible grades this semester because he went on the mentality "in high school I never need to study".

But those kids are the minority in my opinion... right now it's finals week and the library is packed... it's where I should be right now actually.

Most of the kids that don't need to study that I've ever met (myself included) are more than capable of cracking open a book and doing well.

That is just something that studybugs tell themselves to get over the fact that there are kids that aren't studying and doing as well or better than them.

The kids that horde around the intersection where my locker is. ARRRRG!

Also, the students that ask completely irrelevant or unimportant questions CONSTANTLY and only so they can argue with the teacher! They take away time from class in which I could be learning valuable test info just to try and debate the teacher (which never ever works).
