Which colleges give the most AP credit for exams???

There was a vale. that graduated from my school couple years ago that went to like some state U. in the midwest and started with as a junior in college...and graduated with his bachelors in 2 years...pretty awesome

any other schools with really generous credit programs?

most top private colleges are not that generous with AP policies... most public state universities, especially lower ranked ones, are very generous with giving AP credit though... i live in VA so i looked up some VA schools before and a lot of the lower tier colleges give credit for any AP score that is a 3 or higher... i imagine it's the same with the rest of the states

most state colleges give ride for a 3+, some even give some credit or placement for a 2..
UNCW, for example give credit for any course as long as u have a 3

Wow. MIT might be able to give me over 100 credits for humanities, arts and social sciences (their HASS requirement they call it)....provided I get in, which is quite another story.

Hm. In this case, Caltech and Princeton are off my list.

is nervous That means I need a 5..

"Only one test in a given area will be recognized. MIT does not offer partial credit. For scores lower than 5 (or 4 for the BC Calculus examination), credit will not be awarded."

Does this mean that you will receive credit for only one subject? e.g. if you ask for Calc AB credit then you can't claim credit for Physics C?

//Edit: Oh my. No credit for AP Chemistry. Hm.

I applied to UVA, Vanderbilt, and W&M. The latter two were very stingy with AP credit as opposed to UVA - which isn't AMAZING with credit (generally a 4 will get you credit, but some need 5s) but is really good compared to a lot of other places I have looked at. They took all 36 of my AP/dual enrollment credits so that is good!

Harvard is ridiculous with credits - you can graduate a year early if you have a certain number of 5s, otherwise no credit. At least that's what it was last time I checked.

UVA and all va state schools seem very generous with credits by testing. I can remember I would've gotten 8 credits for my ap bio (vs. 5 in my current school), and they even would've accepted my SAT II Latin score of 700 for 4 semesters of language. Had I gone to school there, I would've enrolled with like 32 credits.

my brother wants to apply to duke
he said they only take 2 classes credit (as a limit). maybe thats not ap but classes. but i think it is ap too.
