I’m not an expert on college chances, so I’m not completely sure about this. But my opinion is:

UT Austin - match
Texas A&M - match (probably in)
Rice - reach
NYU (Stern) - reach
Emory - match
Cornell - reach
U of Chicago - reach

It’d help if you raised your SAT score. 2200+ or 2300+ would definitely help your chances. Your ECs look pretty good, though. They all have the running theme of your being passionate about filmmaking, so that’ll reflect well on your dedication on your college app.

Other than raising your SAT score, I’d suggest writing really great, interesting essays. I’ve heard that UChicago pins the most value on your essays, and great essays would definitely help you with your other college choices too.

UChicago has some ridiculous questions on their essays

Your AP exam report lists all of your scores.

I have a question, is going into debt worth going into stern? also, if i get into Mcombs, then should i still go to stern?

Is there any advantage to doing an individual college’s essay, and not the common app?

How likely am I for McCombs in UT?
