Meadow never actually “got” the acceptance leader. Tony and his wife tried to convince Meadow not to go, but she was determined. When college decisions came, Carmela got the letter, found out it was an acceptance and threw it in the trash before Meadow found out she got accepted.</p>
<p>^I thought the letter in question was a letter asking for Meadow’s transcript, which Carmela later retrieved from the trash? I remember watching Season 2, and did not remember how Meadow rejected Berkeley. I just remember one of Tony’s “dream sequences” where Meadow announces her decision to go to Columbia. Must be a family thing…</p>
