MPulse or TPAP for a summer program?

My son is completing his junior year in high school. He plans on pursing a BFA in Acting. He has been accepted to two summer programs: MPulse at the University of Michigan and TPAP - The Performing Arts Project.

Any thoughts on which program is better overall? Which program is better before entering senior year and college auditions?

I can’t answer your question, but my son did attend MPulse in 2012 for voice performance. It was an invaluable experience for him and probably the reason he got into Michigan. He had his worst audition (according to him) when applying for college, but he was still accepted into the studio of the professor he worked most closely with at MPulse. I think it can go the other way, too, though. He kept in touch with several of the MPulse kids and not all of them had his same luck. This is all speculation, though.
