MS in Biomedical Engineering or MS in Mechanical Engineering with Concentration in Biomechanics

I will earn a BS in general engineering with a concentration in biomedical engineering from an accredited university in May 2015. I am interested in pursuing a career in the medical device industry. I know I want to obtain my MS and will be applying to programs in September, but I am not sure what route I should take to most likely get a job. I've read a lot of negative things about getting a MS in biomedical engineering, and I've heard that medical device companies would rather hire someone with a degree in mechanical engineering. So I'm trying to decide between a MS in biomedical engineering or a MS in ME with a concentration in biomechanics. Any advice would be great from anyone in the industry or currently in either program!
