@arabic - yeah, HMUN is Harvard.

and do you mean ILMUN (Ivy Leage MUN)? Our school used to go many years ago, and it sounds really great.

@Spieluhr, I was Australia, and we had a lot to say, but not a lot of opportunities to talk.

I like smaller committees, gives you more of a chance to straight dominate.

And yeah, ILMUN, it sounds nice but I hear a lot of pretentious kids show up there to suck up to Ivy professors, which is stupid. I’d still like the opp. to attend and see what it’s all about.

^People said the same thing about HMUN and it really wasn’t true. Of course your experience is shaped largely by the people in your committee, which is obviously out of your hands. I’d assume there are some obnoxious kids at every MUN conference held at an elite university, but your chances of having extended interaction with them are fairly slim.

I’m Secretary-General at our school too. :)

I’m digging the new found power. We ordered our cords for next year yesterday and were able to get them in UN colors. We pre-registered for four conferences, and I’m just so excited for next year.

We had this interest meeting and like 50 people showed up, which was just awesome.

I hope to see all the PWC MUN’s (& MUN’s around the country for that matter) come out and represent next year:)
