Hey, second conference in january and I'm on security council - any major difference in between it and the other commitees, in terms of procedure? I know it's the only one that can create binding resoultions but nothing aside from that.

In February, I am going to Yale MUN. I'll be on the International Court of Justice. For the past two years, however, we went to Harvard Model Congress, and the security council was hardcore. I was in the conservative press corps last year, and the people assigned to the security council were trying to think of ways to infiltrate them, and they, likewise, were trying to infiltrate us, although it wasn't very useful when one of the boys on the security council who came walking in was from my school, and I literally chased him down the hall.

Whoo. I'm going to BosMUN in February and JHUMUNC in March.

Yeah, SC is mad hardcore. It's different from most other committees in its size and level of debate.

going to UMMUN (University of Michigan) and UCBerkeley MUN .....

I went to Yale MUN last year, and in all honesty, it really wasn't that great.

It was really disorganized and the copier kept on breaking.

what the hell? you guys named like 3 one's on boston, and i live in boston and am in model un and i havent heard of any of these. my "club" or group thing or whatever is going to new york in march but it's really expensive so i don't know if i can go. $450 for a weekend! yea right! i need to make them sign up for the local ones! haha

i am going to UMass Amherst Conference in Marchhhhh
