Music and Business Options

Greetings CC-ers,

I am a college freshman, currently looking to transfer. I'm a clarinetist looking for a conservatory type environment where people have that passion and energy for music. I am a performance major here, but I wanted to add a business minor or double-degree.
I'm not sure if I want to be a performer (orchestral, chamber, etc.) because I have a drive for composing/arranging/orchestrating (no previous experience, but I have been doing some composing on my own) The business degree is for if I wanted to go into the business side of music, or work FOR an orchestra or something like that. I definitely want
a career in music.

I am looking into:

University of Miami, (FL)
NYU
NEC (Tufts)
Eastman (and Rochester for business)

Also, I've read many forums concerning the Juilliard/Columbia exchange program and NEC/Harvard/Tufts. Are these available for just Masters students or undergrads as well?
Would you recommend? I know they're extremely rigorous and hard to get into.

I wanted to get your $.02 to my situation. Any suggestions of a good school or any thoughts about attempting the business degree as well, such as difficulty and stress?

I appreciate all comments, Thanks everyone!
