Hi! I am a freshmen at community college in New York, but am looking to transfer to a school for music industry and recording. Ive been looking for the right school for about two years, so needless to say im a bit worn out and could use some help. Here's some info about me and my music life and grades!

In 2009, my band was voted best band of the Hudson Valley under Hudson Valley Magazine.
I've performed The Bamboozle festival with artists such as Bruno Mars, Lil Wayne, and Motley Crue.
I was featured in a 2011 issue of AP Magazine. (music magazine)
I run a recording studio out of my home.
I'm an intern at Cumulus Radio Broadcasting of the Hudson Valley in New York.
I've opened for bands such as Big time rush.
I've taken classes in music theory, piano, and have played guitar for eight years now, and am enrolled in a music production course at community college.
I've put out two albums with different groups.
I do a lot of social work, like volunteer at the soup kitchen and help to aid the poor
My grades are A's and B's.
I have a good knowledge of the music industry having met many interesting people, and am looking to further it through my education!

I have been looking at Belmont in Nashville and Suny Oneonta as I've heard they have good programs. I also understand NYU has a good recording program as well as a few others like the University of Michigan, New Haven and a few more. I also would be interested in schools that have an online portfolio process, as alot of my work was done at home or in other studios, but really any kind of school would work! Audition or not. If anyone recommends a good school to go or knows anything of Belmont or Oneonta, please feel free to help!! =)
