Music performance for non-majors

Hello All,
Wondering if it's possible to take music performance (violin) classes or lessons if you're a non-music major in one of the other schools such as Humanities and Science or Park. Or does the fact that there is a separate music school make this difficult to impossible?
Thanks.

I know that you can take lessons on your instrument if you’re a non-major. I think it’s something like $500 a year.

I am curious about this too. S has been taking music since 5th grade and plans to continue even though he is not in the music school. Do the kids audition for a performance group?
