MY additional info..should it be included?

I wanted to add this in:

1) Medals from science Olympiad (several 4th place medals at regionals, 1st place medal @ regionals, 6th place medal at states...some 6/7th places at regionals, which ones should I include?)

2) Scores from some Spanish CAAP test offered by Ohio State (shows where I would be placed in OSUs spanish course, I would be placed in lvl 3...the test is divided into Reading (8), Listening (10), Speaking (6), and Writing(7), each out of 10 pts)

3) Stating that AP Science courses at my school are DOUBLE periods (I took AP Bio AND AP Chem during my Junior year...and I don't want colleges to think that I slacked and took 2 study halls...my entire schedule was filled, no study halls, and this year I'm in AP Physics)

4) Elaborate on Piano Awards (I received 3 Unanimous Superior ratings, each one was in a different difficulty class...should I put this down to show that I have improved, and even jumped from Moderately Difficult to Difficulty 2?)

Which should I include, and how should I format it? Currently, this will be sent to Stanford first.

1) Put these on the section for honors on the Common Application. There is no need to type them in the Additional Info part.

2) See above.

3) Just leave this out. The admissions counselor reading your area’s applications should be familiar with your high school, and if you took the most challenging course load, your guidance counselor will say so in his recommendation.

4) See 1 and 2.

for the CAAP test…should I make it part of the activities…or school honors? I don’t know where to put it
