My school doesn’t offer IB, but we do have AP and I’ve taken every single one offered to me (1 my sophomore year, 4 junior year, and 4 for my senior year). Thus far I’ve received an A in each one of my AP classes.

Extracurriculars
National Honors Society: President (2015-2016)
Academic Decathlon: Vice President (2014-2015) President (2015-2016)
Chemistry Club: President (2014-2015)
Math Club: Vice President (2015-2016)
AP History Club: Vice President (2014-2015) President (2015-2016)
I am also the only girl on my high school’s golf team, and I will be serving my second year as captain.

I don’t really know if this constitutes as extracurricular, but I am a member of my city’s Mayor’s Youth Advisory Commission, of which I served as Secretary for 2014-2015.

My biggest thing probably is that I am the youngest bureaucrat in my city. I serve on the advisory board for Parks and Recreation. I took an official oath of office and everything.

Thank you in advance!

I think you have a pretty good chance at getting in. I am a current student attending now. You seem to have a lot of leadership experience and passion for what you are involved in which is something that Scripps definitely looks for. Your SAT is on the weaker end, I would recommend retaking it or taking a shot at the ACT. Good luck, and keep doing what you are doing!

Being the only woman on your golf team sounds like there could be some stories there that Scripps might enjoy hearing.
And definitely count your Youth Advisory Commission, particularly your leadership position, on your application.

Agree, your ECs look good. I would say you have a pretty good chance.
