I'm in the UK, got ABB at A-levels. Did a gap year, got good internship and some decent ECs. Then went to a UK uni and dropped out (not because of academics). Now applying to McGill....considering all that do I have a decent chance?

Also, I'm retaking two of those A-levels and doing another AS level (half an A-level), and should be able to get references from teachers giving me predicted A grades in all of those.

So, any chance?

Also, is there a big difference in my chances if I apply for the BCom Economics and Finance rather than a BA majoring in Economics? Or are the two about as difficult as eachother to get in? And are they more competitive than most courses? Because I keep hearing that people who get into McGill, particularly for the BCom, have better grades than I do.

thanks
