My chance of getting Economics major

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I am an sophomore international student and current study in a college in Massachusetts. I have applied to transfer to UMN. I found some websites that the Economics in UMN is very popular. My first semester's GPA is 3.2 due to my writing professor giving me a C+ in writing. My second semester's GPA is 3.74. My cumulative GPA is 3.47. I have completed 38 credits. My high schools score is very bad, but I represented my country in a science fair and got awards. I think it is not related to my major. I would like to know my chance. I hope someone can tell me. Thanks!!</p>
