And out of state for umich, btwbtw

Good shot, I suffer from a low act score (25) and am retaking it in September for ED. Any tips for the ACT and how many times did you take it?

I took it twice. Find your lowest section and do a lot of prep. Make sure you actually try to correct your mistakes during practice. Also, don’t forget to guess if you need to on the test. You won’t be punished for guessing like you are on the sat. If your sat is good enough, don’t worry about act. My sat wasn’t as good, so I’m not sending it. Good luck! Just keep at it.

I’m in state so I am not required to take it. I am currently doing about an hour to two hours a day studying. This includes a 10 question math section I do. Hopefully this works well enough for a 29+. I think 2 months is a good enough time.

For Michigan, you can take either the ACT, the SAT or both. It doesn’t matter if you are instate or not, the same rule applies.

@orchidorchid You will most likely get in. Good luck.
