<p>im out of state :p and i was on varsity track, and on the newspaper, have done over 100hours of community service and done other clubs too. and i applied just 2 weeks ago.</p>

<p>You have a chance, but you would have had a a much better chance if you had applied ealier since U of I has rolling admissions. Good luck.</p>
<p>from what I have heard, out of state seems to have a better chance of acceptance than in state (sad isnt it).
My neighbor graduated with a 3.5 or so (and letters in 2 sports) from the best high school in the state and was rejected.</p>
<p>I applied to Uof I urbana champaign and am still waiting to hear from them. there website says they are reviewing my application, it has said that for a week now.</p>
