I FEEL SO INFERIOR.
I mean… I’m Korean but I’m 1.5 gen Canadian.
… I have no APs. I have lower SAT score (Hah, I have lower CR score and I live in an English-speaking country, right? ■■■.) And hell, you published articles in a legit magazine D:

Ah, by the way, I’m sure you can increase your math to 800. You got 800 on SAT II math level 2, so yeah.

You have nothing to worry about, in my opinion. They will consider your situation when looking at your SATs, and they’ll think your English comprehension is very strong for being raised in Korea. Excellent EC’s, great volunteer work. I hope I’ll see you at Brown one day (though it looks like our paths might turn out to be very different hahaha).

just kidding, man. you have an intense profile. I’d say you have a GREAT shot at all of the schools on your list.

test scores are limiting factors for people without solid extra curriculars and passions. You have a clearly pointed resume, however, and your scores are all acceptable, especially considering you took the test in english! and they will definitely understand. Your SAT IIs and AP tests more than compensate anyhow.

you will no doubt get in early decision. good luck on all the others!

because u ED’ed u have a great chance but then u r an international so it kinda cancels out.
but ur EC’s are stellar and scores are good except for SAT CR.
but overall u have a good chance :D

your sat score is decent, but the rest of them are…epic. O:
your ECs are great too!

Best of luck!

Thank you for the chance! Your SAT is strong, but not overly competitive for a school like Brown; however, your SAT IIs and AP scores more than make up for it (not that there was much to make up for to begin with). Congratulations on so many accomplishments! As your application stands now, I think you have a great shot of getting accepted ED, but if you are deferred, I suggest raising the SAT score because that seems to be the only “flaw” in your application. I would not expect a rejection ED.
