Sat score on new SAT, if it as high as anticipated, will help to equalize the GPA so you still have a decent chance, particularly when you add in the AP courseload you have taken which shows you took difficult courses. As to that previous SAT, it appears by your score that it is the old SAT test which UIUC will not accept for admission. Also, SAT II's are meaningless as UIUC does not use them in the admission decision. UIUC actually admits close to 70% of out-of-state/international applicants and it treats them for admission the same as in-state. You should get your application in before November 15, UIUC's "priority" date, meaning those who apply and get everything in including test scores and transcript by that date have somewhat of an advantage over those who apply afterwards.
