I am an international student from India.
I have the following scores.
95% in class 10
85.4% in class 11
86.8% in class 12
ACT composite -34
English- 32
Maths-36
Reading-31
Science- 36
ELA-29
I also have certificates for community work and also some job experience with a textiles factory.
What are my chances for Georgia Tech and UIUC.
Also please tell me what is the significance of the ELA score, do universities consider it as a deciding factor??
For UIUC, this completely depends upon what you would like to major in. UIUC’s acceptance rates are around 60-70% overall, but in computer science for example, it’s in the single digits.
Sorry, can’t speak for Georgia Tech or the significance of your ELA score. Don’t have experience with either of these.
Assuming your major is engineering/CS, I’d say you have a very good chance at both.
