This isn't Scott Johnnson from Apollo is it?

sorry if it isnt, you just sound like someone I know.

uhh actually it is

who are you?

Scott!.. whats up bro

This is Tim from that asu baseball camp

I didnt know you liked ND.... hows everything at Apollo/

ahh no way Tballllllla in da house! Apollo is good. Ya ive always wanted to go to nd. Im startn to get sick of baseball though. I cant believe i have to compete against you for nd too your like a genious. you going back to that camp again?

Hahah thanks man
No, Im going to the Notre Dame one instead, you should look into it.

I think its the last week of June, however is quite a bit more money than the asu one.

As far as ND goes... Its getting crazy to get into. Just look at the decisions page, its insane. The legacy will def help a lot....

I thought you got an offer from USD?

Well, you're a legacy. That does help a lot these days considering that they reserve 20% of their class for legacy spots. But I don't know; ND is getting much more selective each year - I was even a bit surprised at this year's statistics. The average SAT for the class of 2011 is a 1414, a huge jump. I had a 1520 and a bunch of 700 SAT IIs and I wasn't even named a "Notre Dame Scholar" signifying that I'm in the top 20% of the admitted class. So I feel honored just to have been accepted, now.

When I met with the admissions officer after i was accepted, he told me HOW important the personal essay is. Be yourself and convey (subtly) what about you makes you a good fit. All the officers are former students at ND and they evaluable you based on "whether or not [they] would want to be your roommate." Hope this helps. Good luck!

Sat is too low, even if your legacy.
