I have not received any decision on my application from either school

UC GPA: 3.57
ACT: 29
SAT: 1830

4 years of key club + officer position senior year
3 years of Red Cross

Took 5 AP courses junior year and 5 AP senior year. 2 Honors freshman year and 3/2 Honors sophomore year (I switched schools and my new school didn’t have honors Chem)

UCI major: Business information management
UCSD major: economics

steady improvement in GPA from freshman to senior year

class rank: 96 out of approx 930

10-12 Weighted gpa: 4.0000

2 years of foreign language but I explained why I decided to only take 2 in my application (new school, new teacher, struggled to catch up to new pace, etc.)

I was rejected by UC Davis

I would say both schools are a Reach. UC GPA and test scores are below their averages and UCI especially likes those 4.0+ GPA’s. Your essays and EC’s could help but hard to determine. What other schools have you been admitted or are your backups?
