My chances of getting into Rice University??

<p>Hi!
I'm a current Junior living not in Texas, and I really want to get into Rice University. It is my dream school! Here are some facts about me:</p>

<p>SAT score (haven't taken the actual one, but will in December):
CR: around 670
Writing: aroung 690
Math: around 770
Essay: 9
total: around 2100</p>

<p>EC: Volunteer at hospital, teach 5th graders science, volunteered at nursing home, NHS, MHS, part of my school's Science signature program's student council, Politics Club, Future Doctors of America Club, math team</p>

<p>APs: 5 on Gov't, currently taking AP Chem and AP BC Calc</p>

<p>Extra: played piano for 9 years, played HS Exam for 2 years, Music Theory for 4 years, passed Guild auditions 3 years (including Sonatina Plaque Award), did a research at home and participated in health fairs (going to enter county science fair this year), participated in my county's national history day, went to NSLC in Medicine and Health Care</p>

<p>GPA: 4.0 (unweighted)</p>

<p>Classes: Honors US History, Honors English (9-11), Honors Bio, Honors Chem, Honors Physics, Honors Molecular Biology, Algebra, Honors Algebra2, Honors geometry, Honors Precalc, BC Calc, AP US gov't, AP Chem, Honors World history, Chinese 2, Honors Chinese 3-4, Honors Health, Design Tech Solutions, phys ed</p>

<p>Goal in life: become an Oncologist, go to Rice for Premed</p>

<p>I plan to apply for internships my senior year at NIH or FDA or any other bio tech company!</p>

<p>^Are these good enough qualifications to get in to Rice as an average student (not bottom percent of Rice)??? If not, what can I do to increase my chances?? </p>
