What are my chances of getting into USC or UCLA? Any other suggested UC schools that may be a possibility?

You don’t really have a shot at USC as it is because your ACT is so low… Any chance you could raise it? ACT is notorious for being able to be raised with more test prep.

How long have you been doing your ECs? That will have some effect.

With your stats, you could get into most UC schools. I would apply to Berkeley, SD, and SB in addition to some possible safeties.

Your test score won’t hurt you as much at UCLA, but it will still hurt you and it would be a good idea to try to raise it.

I have taken the ACT 3 times already and 27 was my most recent and the highest. As far as my extra curricular activities most of them have been since freshman year.

Thank you for your input
