My chances of getting into UPenn and Carnegie Mellon?

As I am only a sophomore in high school, I am very ambitious and quite curious about college. I am wondering, based on below, my chances of being accepted in UPenn and Carnegie Mellon. Here are my details...

Unweighted GPA so far through high school: 3.73; Weighted: 4.4

I only take honors and AP classes.

This year, I am taking APUSH (the only AP course offered to sophomores), advanced physics and math (which my school counts as AP classes)

However, next year (junior), I am taking:
AP Chemistry
AP Calculus BC
AP Statistics
AP USH 2
AP Language and Composition

I play varsity baseball,
member of Key Club,
part of Student Council,
Help other kids with anxiety,
hold charity auctions,
camp counselor,
well-known babysitter,
internship for Reader's Digest,
went to People to People in seventh grade

I have family that have attended UPenn

Teacher recommendations, not to give myself a gold star, will be strong and meaningful, as I have very good relationships with my teachers.

I live in north NJ and am a white male who attends a very diverse public high school which has led to scholarships offered to students. Graduating students from the past couple of years have attended all ivys, NorthWestern, U Chicago, Rice, Stanford, UC Berkeley, and several other very good schools.

If you have any recommendations, let me know.
Thank you for your input. It is greatly appreciated.

Tips:
-Try to obtain leadership positions in the clubs you are in and try to focus your extracurricular activities in one area
-Community Service is key for all Ivy League applicants, so make sure you get plenty of hours, organize fundraisers or charity events for a very high likelihood you get accepted into UPenn
-For Carnegie Mellon test scores play a vital factor, make sure you prepare for the SAT, a 2100 at least is needed to be considered a qualified applicant
-Continue to achieve high grades and constantly challenge yourself with challenging courses which I can see you are doing

Thanks for your tips. Key Club and Student Council are my main EC’s. I love baseball, and have an opportunity to play in college, so I would like to stick with it. And yes, I have and will continue to immerse myself into charitable work.

As far as standardized tests are concerned, do ACT and AP test scores play a pivotal factor?

ACT most likely would be beneficial for you to take as well, I personally believe the ACT is easier as I scored higher on it, but in my personal opinion a good SAT scores outweighs a good ACT score, but nonetheless you should take it

As for AP, for an Ivy League I am pretty sure you will not receive credit, I think they will take AP scores into consideration when doing class placement however. So in a sense AP test scores do not play a pivotal factor, but do have some importance

gpa is too low for penn

gpa might be too low for Penn, but that also depends on his class rank. If you are top 5 percent you’ll be fine.
