my chances, please?

I'd like to know what you think my chances are for the following schools/what I can do to improve:

Vassar (first choice, applying early decision), Brown (second choice), Wellesley, Macalester, Reed, and Boston U.

SAT: 2260 (800V, 740M, 720W)
SAT II Lit: 770
SAT II History: 770
AP History: 5

GPA Weighted: 4.12
Class Rank: 1/279
(these are only my gpa and rank in february because they haven't figured in the grades from spring semester yet, so my gpa might have gone up a bit, and my rank might have fallen at the most 1 or 2 spots)

Extracurriculars:
Vice President of NHS
Marching Band (section leader grades 11-12), concert band, jazz band all four years
Chorus all four years
various other extracurriculars that don't matter as much
and I attended Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth during the summers from 7th to 10th grade

Honors/ Awards:
National Merit Semi Finalist

Also I'm a caucasian female from New Jersey, and neither of my parents are famous celebrities or powerful politicians. Dad went to De Vry, mom didn't go anywhere.

You'll be a strong applicant at all the schools on your list. My bet is you will get into most if not all. The only real iffy school on the list is Brown and not because your stats aren't good enough - they're definitely good enough - but because Brown's acceptance rate is so low (15% last year).

You also might want to take a look at Washington University in St. Louis. Great school. Ranked #12 by US News. You'd be a strong applicant there as well.
