<p>The only problem might be my act score and i’m worried, I have another friend with the same stats as mine who was deferred. Thanks mizzxvii, I just hope I find out soon, the wait is killlinnnngggg me!!

<p>bumped into an old friend today, she applied with a 3.7 with AP classes. SHE GOT DENIED.</p>
<p>conch10, I don’t like them either. I bet they get a lot of phone calls because they always seem a bit rushy. My answers are just opinions, so don’t take it too seriously! I wish you the best of luck!! It seems like admissions are starting to get tougher.</p>
<p>My nephew didn’t work as hard as he could have in high school. Had decent test scores, grades B-ish. Not accepted to UCF.</p>
<p>Did summer at a local community college. Got straight A’s. On track for straight A’s this fall, and has been accepted for transfer to FSU. He starts in January. No AA degree. </p>
<p>So if you really want one of these schools, and your stats aren’t there, KILL it at a community college for a semester or two. You may be able to transfer to your dream school well before you get an AA. My nephew? He’ll be at FSU spring semester, freshman year. When many original admits were offered spring or summer to begin with. Something to think about. It’s not over with fall admissions.</p>

<p>Thing reason why I can’t do CC is because my family won’t let me go down there unless I actually plan on going to a university.</p>
<p>Telling my mother I want to go to florida to go to a community college will only get laughs out of her and her restating the fact that there many CCs up in New york.</p>
<p>UCF is a place I want to go because it seems cool and it is close to NASA but if they really are that selective then I might as well stick FIT and ERAU for my florida schools.</p>

<p>Midknite, just apply with your new SAT scores… I personally think you would get into summer, but I don’t know. You have to apply and see. There’s no use in sitting here guessing! We can all just give you opinions and advices, but the most important thing to do is APPLY. Seriously… the longer you wait, the slimmer the chances. At this point, you can’t really do anything that would make up the last 3 years of school! Just go do it!</p>

<p>Im taking the SATs again in March hopefully I score much higher and with my some what better writing skills I might just hit 11 on my essay 9 last time.</p>
<p>I’m pretty sure I’m getting rejected now. I think that missing the language requirement pretty much sent me home packing.</p>
<p>they consider March SATs? thats LATE. I’d just community college a couple years then transfer.</p>
