Hey guys, I just wanted to post my stats to see the general opinion. Heres the story: In High School, I was a total slacker and now I am in college, I am working really hard, realizing my past mistakes

High School: GPA: 83 (B-), SAT: 1350, SATII's ranged from 590-650.
Capt. of a varsity sports team. Some memberships in clubs etc

College: Currrently attending SUNY Stony Brook, eco major, GPA of 3.85 (currently I am a sophmore). I am a capt of a sports team, a treasurer and board member for the entrepreneurship club, member of the Economics honor society, Sigma Beta Honors,

Thinking of applying to a wide range of schools that have stronger Eco. programs such as NYU, Upenn, Cornell, Columbia, Dartmouth, Brown, Uchicago, Georgetown, etc.

My main concern is that in HS, i really messed up. But since freshman yr, I have been getting straight A's in all my classes, excerised my leadership potential. I also have good relations with several professors who can write positive recs for me. I have loaded up on classes as well to show that this is not a fluke, i averaged 18 credits a semesters while in Stony.

What do you think?

Thanks in advance
